about
"Space Stress" was a unique ailment identified by crew carrying out repairs to the external structure of the International Space Station. They are trained not to look at the Earth (a bit like "don't look down" only there is no "down"!). Seeing the Earth in all it's awesomeness can trigger a multi-dimensional mind-trip, turning a confident astronaut into a gibbering wreck. Some would cling onto the handrail so terrified with paranoia that they need to be manually rescued by another crew member. You can imagine how pissed off THEY would be trying to talk down a crew-mate clinging onto the handrail outside, and with only a small time window...

Lyrics:
We're heading for a violation, flying on a wing and a prayer
all of you had better beware, you'd better beware!
10 years on the simulation, I got it drilled into my head
We gotta deal with a situation, critical, code red
The oxygen generator, is running out of air,
The solar accumulator is gonna need repair,
We're heading for a violation, flying on a wing and a prayer
all of you had better beware, you'd better beware!
The robotic manipulator, is spinning out of control
There’s no communication from the orbiter console
Computers have lost the data, and all the circuits are blown,
No-one here's gonna save yer, hundreds of miles from home
We're heading for a violation, flying on a wing and a prayer
all of you had better beware, you'd better beware!
I was on a primary mission, to replace a solar cell,
But mother earth conditioned me, on a space walk over to hell,
Feeling isolated, too petrified to scream,
Was this desolation – just a terrifying dream?
We're heading for a violation, flying on a wing and a prayer
all of you had better beware, you'd better beware!
We're heading for a violation, flying on a wing and a prayer
all of you had better beware, you'd better beware!
